There are an increasing number of websites that give seemingly very knowledgeable and expert advice...

Giving false advice from what appears to be a very knowledgeable expert
The site is growing...
Over the past week, two pages have been recommended to me by two acquaintances.
The two pages are completely unrelated homepages written by different people, but they have something in common.
-It is posted on a website that brings together a group of experts with a fair amount of traffic.
・Their explanation skills are quite high, and at first glance they seem very logical. Moreover, the people who write them seem quite educated and intelligent.
But, the content is seriously wrong...
-Both are written in a tone that says, "There are mistakes like this in the world, but this is actually correct. Please don't be fooled."
To be honest, if all these conditions are met, unless you are an expert, extremely intelligent, have read a lot of materials in that field, and can verify your own calculations, you will never realize that "this person is saying something wrong"...
While the Internet has developed to the point where we can access truly useful information in an instant, I believe that the increase in pages that appear to be expert but actually provide completely wrong information is not limited to the housing sector.
I understand that it is more of a good thing that it is becoming easier for ordinary people to gather information in various fields. However, I think it is worse that there are an increasing number of nuisance pages written by people who do not understand that they are wrong, even though they do not seem to be malicious...
In the end, this shows that the ability to distinguish between real and fake becomes important in getting through life successfully.
I'll write down a few tips on this.
If there is a paper, read it.
・Read at least 10 books in that field (books by different authors)
・Get into the habit of calculating things you can calculate yourself
- It has a recommendation from someone you can trust.
At least I think this will be a guideline.
