Happy emails received from customers
Today, I spent the morning creating plans, in the afternoon I handed over the Y residence, and in the evening I had a meeting with a new client.
In the meantime, I worked hard on preparing materials for a lecture I had suddenly been asked to give.
It was a busy day, but today I received a nice letter from a client who I handed over the house to about a year ago.
I'm embarrassed to say that we are a family of five, with two households, about 150m2 in size. We have everything electric and solar panels installed.
I would like you to take a look at this basic data.
The following is an excerpt from the email I received:
Also, regarding the electricity bill, which I have been reporting so far,
Electricity bill Solar power generation
December (12/XNUMX-XNUMX/XNUMX) XNUMX yen XNUMX yen
January (12/6-1/8) XNUMX yen XNUMX yen
February (1/9-2/5) XNUMX yen XNUMX yen
In December (actually November), we started using heating, so our bill went up by about 1,900 yen from the previous month.
In January (actually December), my body is not yet used to the cold winter weather, so I don't go out actively after the evening.
This may be because I used the air conditioner. Also, it may be because I was particular about keeping the room temperature at 20 degrees.
(Basically no heating between 7am and 5pm, 20-24 degrees if sunny)
During the day on Christmas Eve, it was 24 degrees without heating.
I took a nap in just a T-shirt and didn't catch a cold.
In February (effectively January), shift air conditioning usage to after 11pm.
However, I didn't particularly endure the cold.
Even without heating, the temperature is between 18 and 20 degrees until 11pm almost every day.
(No heating during the day, 20-22 degrees if sunny)
I thought the same thing in the summer while living in this house, but it's not cold inside the house in the winter.
I am once again impressed by how comfortable it is.
Also, there is no static electricity, and even though it's winter, everyone's futons are much thinner.
My wife and I have said that we can't live anywhere else but this house.
I am very grateful to have met Mr. Matsuo and to be living in a house with such high standards.
●The End●
Although we have never asked you to do so, you have been diligently paying your electricity bills and
We had many clients who were extremely grateful to us for collecting and sending us the temperature readings.
Not only is it comfortable for the owner, but it is also economically advantageous.
You might be so happy that you want to report it.
Hearing this makes me really happy, and at the same time, it makes me want to build more houses like this.
It leads to increased motivation.
