I have just finished giving a lecture to people in the construction industry in Taiwan.

Today, 70 construction workers from Taiwan are coming to inspect the eco-village.
So I was asked to give a lecture.
This was my first lecture for foreigners, so it was a little different from usual.
Strangely, I wasn't nervous at all.
However, there was a small accident before the lecture.
My power pointer isn't working! I just changed the batteries the other day...
I had some free time so I went to a convenience store, but I found a rare item called AA.
I didn't have any batteries. So was it the batteries? Or was there a bad connection?
I didn't understand it, but I gave a lecture using the mouse and hand instructions.
Due to the venue, the group was divided into two groups: one for site visits and one for lectures.
I did it in configuration.
An interpreter was there, but the Taiwanese person could understand the Chinese characters even though he couldn't speak them.
It seems that he can read almost everything. However, he can't understand English at all...
In the end, I had someone translate what I said after I spoke, but the interpreter
I'm not sure if it's right or not, and even looking at the reaction, it's not great.
I'm not sure.
And above all, it's also important to have a conclusion that makes the story more interesting.
I don't know. To make someone think that something is interesting, you have to understand their culture.
I think it's important to understand the background and things like that.
However, I didn't understand that either, so I gave a lecture to Japanese people.
It was a very different experience from the seminars.
However, it was still a great reward to have gained new experiences.
