The research was done at Stanford University and published in Nature, so it is believed to be quite credible.


This was a type of presentation I had never seen before, and I felt it was quite different from my personal experience.


What I personally have felt so far is

-People who smoke age faster

People who work outdoors age faster

-Sudden aging at age 45-50

・At around 40, you start to feel a decline in your memory and farsightedness.

That's pretty much how it felt. Looking around at my parents, grandparents, and other acquaintances, I'd never felt anything special about a milestone like this, so it was a fresh experience for me.
