Mr. Motohashi has actually been a member of Passive House Japan for quite some time. He also worked as a home inspector, so he had a very detailed understanding of both insulation and the durability of houses.

Taking advantage of this, he started a YouTube channel at the end of 2018, and now he has over 4 subscribers, making him the overwhelmingly most well-known name in the construction and housing industry.
Recently, about one in five customers who come to our company say they have seen Rakuju's videos. The other day, a classmate from elementary, middle, and high school contacted me and asked me to design his house, and he had also seen the video.

The fact that videos like Mr. Motohashi's, which convey correct information in an easy-to-understand manner, are watched by many people means that it will become harder for unreliable homes to sell, and it will become easier for companies that build decent homes to sell.

I have also given many lectures to construction companies. I remember a media person who saw it tweeted, "If there were 30 people like you, the Japanese housing industry would change." I thought that if you have 4 subscribers like Mr. Motohashi, it's not a dream.

I am very grateful to Mr. Motohashi for carefully teaching me about YouTube, even though I knew nothing about it.
