We have released YouTube video 21: [Nishinomiya City] Custom-built house with shop space [Matsuo Design Office]

This video showcases a custom-built house in Nishinomiya City that includes a shop and retail space.
You can see the calming exterior and the living space that conveys the overall atmosphere of the home.

A mixed-use building with rental shops on the first floor and residences on the second and third floors.
This highly insulated home allows for partial recovery of construction costs through anticipated rental income.
Even in locations where it's usually difficult to secure sunlight or a garden, we achieved both the function of a garden and abundant natural light by incorporating a courtyard on the second floor.

In the video, you can see a mixed-use building with rental shops on the first floor and residences on the second and third floors, where a courtyard on the second floor serves both as a place for natural light and as a garden.

Matsuo Design Office designs custom homes with consideration for comfort and energy efficiency, mainly in Nishinomiya City.
We consider the conditions of each home, such as insulation, air conditioning plans, and how to utilize sunlight, and we place great importance on designing spaces that are easy to live in.

We also consider structural aspects at the design stage, striving to create homes that people can live in safely for a long time.
