Again and again...Towards becoming the first Japanese company to obtain Swiss Minergie P Eco Certification...

Today, for the first time in a while, I had a meeting about the I Residence in Eco Village, which has been progressing very slowly.
It had been a while since we last had a meeting, but Rene from Switzerland also came to the meeting.
It's been a long time.
It has been three years since this project began.
Interacting with overseas parties while adapting to Japanese construction conditions and laws
I have learned all too well how difficult it is to overcome something.
And the next challenge is coming.... Fall down seven times, get up eight times, that's exactly what this project is all about.
It almost seems like it was there for a purpose.
However, the last wall that I had been hitting for about seven times was finally about to come down.
It looks like we can finally start construction this time.
I am a director of Passive House Japan, and for some reason, in Spain
Minergie P Eco Certification, which meets or exceeds the Passive House standard
It looks like we may be the first in Japan to receive this certification.
Although it is not Mori's Kamakura Passive House, it was decided based on the wishes of the Swiss side.
I think it will be unveiled widely once it is completed, but the construction has finally started.
I can see it.
I forget who said it, but "The secret to success is not to give up until you succeed."
I think there was something like that.
Apart from that, there is a song by Dreams Come True called "Nandodemo" that I like.
In the lyrics
"Even if you fail 1 times and are exhausted, maybe something will come true on the 1st try."

It wasn't that difficult, but it was still a lot of work to get to this point, Rene.
Mr. York and Mr. Goto from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. And above all, the people who patiently waited for me.
The owner, Mr. I, put in a lot of hard work.
The countdown to the start of construction has now begun. I am very much looking forward to it.
