・Living positively is far more important than your lifestyle habits.
・People who live positively often have good lifestyle habits, so it seems like lifestyle habits are very important for longevity. This is a kind of illusion of "causation and correlation."
- Maintaining high humidity in winter is very important in determining whether or not you will require nursing care.
A paper has been published titled "The effect of winter temperature and humidity in nursing homes on the worsening level of care required by residents."

Prefectures where the Liberal Democratic Party is strong tend to have short life spans. (This is thought to be due to the strong tendency to rely on subsidies and the lack of the temperament to think and act for oneself.)
It was all very stimulating.
