● O Residence, Akashi City ●

This house is planned on a long, narrow site with roads on both sides.
Currently, the south side is vacant, so at first glance it looks like a sunny site, but
No doubt it will be built in the near future.
This would be a major change from the current site conditions.
The site area is about 122m², so no matter what kind of house is built on the neighboring land to the south,
It allows for efficient solar radiation capture, making the entire house bright and comfortable.That was a big point.

The answer we arrived at lies in the three-dimensional structure of the building that you will be visiting.

Within the 122m2 lot, there are 2 parking spaces, a motorcycle parking space, and a bicycle parking space.
The plan also includes a private, private garden facing the living room.
This building is full of things to see, making full use of the entire site.

Of course, since it is a building designed by our company, "high airtightness, high insulation" and "a solar-friendly design" are a given.
Since it is late March, it is probably a pleasant climate with a spring feel, rather than an indoor environment.
Even if you just take a look at the carefully thought-out spatial composition under the limited conditions, it will be well worth the visit.
