The site in question is located in a quiet residential area in Kobe City.
Although there is a 90cm difference in elevation between the road on the south side of the site, we are planning to build a slope to the south and an inner garage.
When an inner garage is placed on the south side, the sunlight conditions tend to be poor, but the living/dining/kitchen area on the first floor receives plenty of sunlight from the south window.
In addition, by creating an opening on the east side of the living room's atrium, morning sunlight streams into the north-facing kitchen, creating a comfortable space.
