Announcement of tour on Saturday, January 27th

●We will be holding a tour in Himeji City on Saturday, January 27th. (Reservation required)●

This event will be held on January 27th (Saturday) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM , with a limited number of groups and by reservation only.

Once you have made a reservation, we will send you a PDF file containing a map.

Please be sure to print out the map and bring it with you.

●Mr. T's residence in Himeji City ●

This is a full renovation of a 44-year-old, 51-square-meter, two-story wooden house.
The owner's grandfather built this house, and he said, "I want this precious and meaningful building to be passed down to my children and grandchildren."
With this strong desire in mind, we were asked to carry out a full renovation, and it is now finally complete.

This Japanese house made with mud walls has been transformed into a highly insulated and airtight home with a UA value of 0.44 through reinforcement of insulation.
In addition, earthquake resistance has been reinforced, the building has a structural rating of 1.5 or higher, and Matsuo-style heating and cooling systems are used throughout the building.

The first priority was to prioritize passive design, and the plan was made while preserving as much of the southern opening as possible.
It is a bright and open living/dining/kitchen space.
