Notice of tour on Saturday, May 20th

●We will be holding a tour in Nishinomiya City on Saturday, May 20th. (Reservation required)●

This event will be held on Saturday, May 20th , between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM , with a limited number of groups and by reservation only.

Once you have made a reservation, we will send you a PDF file containing a map.

Please be sure to print out the map and bring it with you.

●Nishinomiya City M residence ●

This was originally the building where the client's uncle, who was a good friend of the client, lived.
Before demolishing the existing building, we discussed whether we could reuse as many items as possible that the uncle would have been particular about and used at the time.

Mr. M's house was designed with such careful consideration, and at first glance it appears to have a spacious site.
However, due to compatibility issues with the existing underground garage, the area that could actually be built was quite limited by special conditions.
In particular, we were able to create a design that allows the flow of traffic around the entrance and approach to be improved, with all of the main rooms facing south, creating a sense of connection to the outdoors.

In addition to that, Mr. M's house is dotted with many thoughtful touches.
- Diatomaceous earth interior finish
- A single piece of wood that I got cheaply from a lumber dealer
- Metal fittings made from steel.

Although the tour took place in mild weather,
It's also well worth a look for anyone considering building a home.
