●We will be holding a tour in Higashiosaka City on Saturday, April 8th. (Reservation required)●

This event will be held on Saturday, April 8th, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM , with a limited number of groups and by reservation only.

Once you have made a reservation, we will send you a PDF file containing a map.

Please be sure to print out the map and bring it with you.

●T Residence, Higashi-Osaka City ●

A three-storey house with a built-in garage, designed with careful consideration given to the solar radiation conditions and the impact on the family home next door.

There is a narrow alley-like road on the south side, and immediately across from that there are a row of buildings. The size and shape of the building were decided after taking into consideration the solar exposure conditions for the family home next door.

As a result, the large opening on the second floor and the void on the third floor allowed ample sunlight to reach throughout the building, creating a bright living space.

Mr. T's family also has some cute cats.
Each floor is dotted with features that make the furniture and fixtures easy to use and enjoyable.
