●We will be holding a tour in Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City on Sunday, February 20th. (Reservation required)●

On Sunday, February 20th, we will only be offering this service for a limited number of groups between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and only during the time slots for which reservations have been made.

Once you have made a reservation, we will send you a PDF file containing a map.

*Please note that due to limited numbers, we may not be able to accommodate you even if you make a reservation.

Please be sure to print out the map and bring it with you.

● N Residence , Ukyo Ward ●

On the south side of the site there is a tall three-story office building and a six-story apartment building.

We have planned to build a two-family home there with an inner garage.

As we continued our considerations, we found that, as expected, the first floor of the site would get very little sunlight.

However, we also found that the second floor had good solar radiation conditions over a wide area.

Therefore, in order to distribute sunlight throughout the entire building in a three-dimensional manner,

A large courtyard is laid out in the center of the building.

By making full use of these, it is possible to create a bright and comfortable living space throughout the house, even in unfavorable conditions.
