Featured in the January 2012 issue of Architectural Technology!
Today we held a tour in Mita. Today, an international marathon is taking place in Mita.
The event was held, and some people were affected by road closures, etc.
We had nearly 20 groups of visitors in the morning alone. We are truly grateful.
I had planned to go there in the morning and it would be nice and warm, but the air conditioner was set incorrectly.
It wasn't as warm as I expected, so I had to run the underfloor air conditioner at full power.
Thanks to that, it warmed up quickly and it was warm enough without heating from noon onwards.
Everyone was happy with the large space of about 132m² with almost no partitions.

There's one more thing I'd like to introduce today.
This is the January 2012 issue of Architectural Technology, which was released yesterday.
Yuzo Minami supervised the entire project with a focus on passive sound.
I was in charge of a full-page spread article about "Building Fuel Efficiency Navigation."
There are also other articles such as a dialogue between Miwa Mori and Yuzo Minami, and an article on Professor Iwamae.
This is a must-buy for anyone interested in energy conservation.
I think you can only get it at a fairly large bookstore or online, but I definitely recommend it.
I hope you will purchase it.
