After the lecture at the Trade Center, we had the opportunity to listen to live jazz music at the social gathering.
Today I gave a lecture for the general public at the Trade Center Building, which also houses the Osaka Prefectural Government Office.
Coincidentally, southern Hyogo Prefecture experienced the heaviest snowfall in years today, so I was worried about how many people would come.
However, when the event started, it seemed like about 20 people had come.
There were also several enthusiastic attendees who almost always attend my lectures.
Many people said that it was easy to understand and that they wished it was longer.
Today's lecture was riddled with problems. First of all, no matter what I did, the computer I brought with me wouldn't project onto the monitor.
So I had no choice but to transfer the data to another computer.
This time the computer I borrowed froze and stopped working. I probably lost about five minutes.
I think I have given over 100 lectures so far, but this is the first time I have caused so much trouble.
If I wasn't used to giving lectures, I would have gone blank and panicked.
It was a blessing in disguise that this trouble occurred.
After the lecture, we held a social gathering for those involved, and we even invited a live jazz band just for that purpose.
I haven't been writing many jazz-related articles lately, but I love jazz.
Jazz music is always playing in the office. It was a mixed group of young men and women, and the female vocalist
Her voice was beautiful and she performed a number of classic songs, so we had a really great time.
Recently, I've been living a hectic life, with minutes, or even seconds, so I'd like to take some time to relax.
I felt like I received it.
