I have never signed a contract with anyone before...

I checked for even the slightest scratches or dirt before handing it over.
The act of writing on the property with a magic marker is something I can't help but feel uncomfortable about.
I'm stuck...
So I said, "I'll think about the signature first and then write it later."
I came back with this promise.
So when I got back to the office, I went to a construction company (real estate agency)

Both Y and O have come to listen to my lectures many times, and eventually became my customers, despite being in the same industry.
Although there aren't many people who have become customers like this, I have received many requests to design model homes. In addition, I am currently designing the headquarters building of a construction company in Tokyo.
There are many fellow construction companies across the country who share the same aspirations. Everyone is eager to learn and very pleasant. It was a day that made me realize once again how lucky I am to be surrounded by such people.
