It won two awards at the House of the Year in Energy 2014!
I don't know if I'm happy or embarrassed.
Almost five months ago, on February 5th, I attended the House of the Year in Energy 2 in Fukui Prefecture.
Mirai Livega, which I designed at the request of Takinami, won two awards (Excellent Award and Jury Award).
It is on the fifth line from the top of the "What's new" section on the following page.

This morning, Ikeda, the managing director of Ikeda Gumi, who also designed a model house in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture,
I discovered it in a Facebook post...
Takinami applied, but I was out of the loop, so I didn't even notice. I'm really embarrassed about that.
The reason why Ikeda noticed this was because Takinami went to see Ikeda Gumi's model house.
I think it's wonderful that we can make horizontal connections like this.
By the way, the judges' award, given to us by Professor Akimoto of Shibaura Institute of Technology, was given because Miraive had the best performance among all the participating companies.
So it's been quite a while since my work received an award. It makes me really happy.
