When I wear heat tech, my skin gets all flaky and itchy.
*Please note that what I write here may not apply to everyone.
Please.
I've been wearing a few Heattech shirts this winter.
I didn't think it was particularly warm, but the phrase "warm"
I was tempted to wear it.
I think it started this winter, but whenever I take a bath, I get a really bad cold for a while.
The itching continued. Even though I knew scratching was not good,
The itching is unbearable.
As the pain continued, my arms started to discolor in places and the skin started to peel off.
By the way, I have never suffered from atopic dermatitis or other skin diseases.
I have never experienced this in my life.
Then, in March, I suddenly realized something.
The itching varies from day to day.
As I was thinking about the differences, I noticed Heattech.
If you get to that point, it's easy. Just Google "Heattech
When I searched for "itchy," 18500 results came up.
It seems I'm not the only one. And when I tell this story to people close to me,
There are many people who agree: "Me too!"
I wish everyone was aware of this causal relationship.
I hope that the number of people who overlook itching and skin deterioration will decrease even a little.
I wrote this because even I, who has healthy skin, have come this far.
I wonder what would happen if someone with sensitive skin, such as atopic dermatitis, wore it...
It's scary to even imagine it.
I learned firsthand how important things close to the skin are.
At the same time, the housing I am involved in is not that close.
It's like a second garment. We need to think about it more seriously than ever before.
I am keenly aware that this is the case.
