A spirited committee member who opposed the "20-22% nuclear power ratio" proposal to the very end

A spirited committee member who opposed the "20-22% nuclear power ratio" proposal to the very end
He is a member of the "Long-term Energy Supply Outlook Subcommittee"
That person is Professor Tachibanakawa Takeo.
I recently published an article
It was featured in the monthly magazine Smart House.
http://smarthouse-web.jp/book/no-5%EF%BC%882015%E5%B9%B47%E6%9C%88%E5%8F%B7%EF%BC%896%E6%9C%8820%E6%97%A5%E7%99%BA%E5%88%8A/
I thought to myself that this person's opinion was very reasonable!!
I thought I had heard it somewhere so I looked it up.
Three years ago, an expert working in the nuclear power division of a power company
A friend of mine asked me, "If you want to learn objective opinions about nuclear power in an easy-to-understand way,
You should read this.”
This professor's book was the one that was recommended to me.

This book was recommended to me by a friend who supports nuclear power, but it does not reveal the dark side of Japan's nuclear power history.
It was a heavy-handed book, and I found it depressing. However, since he is objective,
It is certain that this is not something fabricated by anti-nuclear activists.
I would like to summarize what this professor wrote this time.
The government expects the ratio of nuclear power generation to be 2030-20% in 22, but the professor believes 15% is appropriate.
This is because if we were to strictly follow the current 40-year decommissioning standard, 43 of the 25 nuclear power plants would be decommissioned after XNUMX years.
With the decommissioning of the reactors, only 18 will remain. Even if we make the maximum concession and include the Shimane No. 3 reactor under construction, there will still be 20.
And this is because even if it is operated at 70% capacity, it only reaches 15%.
-In other words, the ratio of 20-22% is based on the assumption that operation will be extended.
・Moreover, the idea is to extend everything that is possible after various calculations.
Although the law stipulates that nuclear power plants should be decommissioned after 40 years, there are exceptions.
If we interpret it normally, this proposal is valid. This is "reducing as much energy as possible."
Compared to the basic plan, this is a clear violation of the campaign promises.
I once again thought that this was something the government would do.
In fact, the same thing can be said about deficit bonds.
Showa 52 (38 years ago)
"Just this once, we will do something forbidden: issue deficit bonds!"
and issued deficit bonds.
as a result
In 53, "Just one more time!!"
In 54, "Just one more time!!"

As of 27, it has become a common annual event.
It has become the country with the worst financial situation in the world.
This is what it means to have no principles...
What is the capital adequacy ratio for banks?
Companies are subject to environmental regulations...
Having said that, I am extremely lenient with myself...
Whether it's between people or companies,
If you want to be strict with others, you have to be even stricter with yourself.
It won't move.
Before that, there is nothing more uncool than someone who is strict with others but lenient with themselves.
The people who run this ugly country or system are stinking of their own rot.
Whether you're aware of it or not...
Well, I'll leave the criticism there,
In addition to this article
・The ratio of solar power generation in 2030 will be what it would be if all currently certified solar power generation facilities were constructed.
The contradiction is that it has already exceeded the limit...
It is packed with in-depth articles that you won't find in other magazines.
Although it's a minor magazine, I think this month's issue is worth buying.
I hope you will read it.
