Q
Won't a highly airtight house feel stuffy? How will ventilation work?
A
Even in highly airtight homes, if the planned ventilation system is working properly, it won't feel stuffy. Increasing airtightness makes it easier to design the airflow path through the intake and exhaust vents. It's important not to judge solely by the type of ventilation equipment, but to check the measured C-value and the planned intake and exhaust ventilation.
