An article was published in the October issue of Architectural Knowledge, a special edition on "Eco Facilities."

This issue's feature
"Renewable energy is the future! Eco-friendly equipment for the age of energy conservation and power saving."
I wrote an article on the double page spread on pages 46 and 47 titled "What is solar shading that truly saves energy?"
I have written.
It is full of content that can be used in architectural practice regarding solar power, solar heat, wind power, biomass, etc.
Until now, there has never been an architecture magazine with such a specialized energy-related content.
I think it's just the way things are with the times.
Particularly noteworthy articles include essential knowledge about the effects of shadows on solar power generation, as well as product knowledge.
How to use air conditioners effectively. How to install the outdoor unit.
Ventilation helps prevent illness.
Desiccant dehumidification.
Utilizing waste heat from EcoCute.
I was particularly interested in the roof watering.
Many of the other contributors were energy experts or people from housing-related research institutes.
What particularly caught my eye was that Mr. N, who was one year my senior in the same research lab, was also included as a writer.
Mr. N is a member of one of Japan's leading residential environment research institutes, but I never expected to see his name listed in such a place.
I never thought that.
In any case, I think this book is a must-have for future architectural practitioners. Please consider purchasing it.
