As I wrote a long time ago, Daikin's "Ururu Sarara" is indeed a convenient air conditioner that can humidify without water supply. In addition, the humidification capacity is 4L/h for a 0.8kW XNUMXV model, and it can maintain a considerable amount of humidification when operated at full power.
However, as written on the yellow line, even a 650V model consumes a maximum of 1050W of electricity, and a XNUMXV model consumes a maximum of XNUMXW.

It has a fuel consumption of 2.3L/h and a maximum power consumption of only 47W.
The humidification capacity per power consumption of Ururu and Sarara is 762W/L.
Panasonic's large humidifier is 20W/L...
The efficiency difference is a whopping 38 times...
In winter, it is ideal to leave the humidifier on.
If we compare humidification at 1L per day for 24 hours for 5 months,

Panasonic is running at low power and is 12W, so in total for the winter
0.012 x 24 x 30 x 28 x 1210 = XNUMX yen for humidification
If Urusara is simply 38 times

The difference in cost for humidification alone per year is 1 yen, or almost 44770 yen.
10 years is 45 yen...
No matter how much of a hassle it is to fill with water and clean it, I don't think there's anyone who would be happy with this price difference for just a humidifier (sorry).
Please note that this model is not inefficient when not in humidification mode!!
