Throughout the six lectures, participants will acquire accurate knowledge about eco-friendly housing through hands-on work using unique tools and diagrams. In particular, when designing eco-friendly housing, it is important to consider not only the environment but also the residents' lifestyles and future plans. Specifically, participants will learn about insulation design suited to the local climate and how to utilize natural energy. For example, participants will compare the advantages and disadvantages of introducing solar power generation systems and rainwater utilization systems, and practice in a workshop format how to incorporate these into actual designs.

In this planning skills improvement training course, you can learn about the latest eco-housing design techniques. In particular, in order to achieve a sustainable society, we will explain in detail building techniques that use energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials, as well as design points based on the latest building standards. In addition, through actual projects, you will acquire not only theoretical but also practical skills. For example, you will learn specific design methods and examples for realizing ZEH (Zero Energy House).
