The restaurant business is closest to being an architect

Although it was a little late on Sunday, I went to a restaurant I'd always wanted to try with my family to celebrate my birthday.

I've seen it in various magazines, but I wonder just how impressive it is to be number one in Asia and number five in the world...

I was very curious.

I've always thought that the restaurant industry was the profession closest to being an architect.

I create things for my customers, within their budget, tailored to their tastes and incorporating my own style.

There are constraints on budget, time, taste, and available materials.
I think they are similar in all those ways.

So, I went there because I felt that I absolutely had to experience the best food in Japan. The main reason was that I don't drink a drop of alcohol, but I love eating.

And the feedback is, as expected, amazing.

First of all, the moment it is served, you will be captivated by its appearance. And once you start eating it, you will be amazed! The tableware, the service, everything is excellent.

Moreover, if you go for lunch, it's extremely reasonable considering the amount of food you get.

It was a rare week where I ate out every dinner, but apart from the amazing meal on Saturday, I also had the most delicious sushi in Sapporo and super tasty seared bonito in Kochi, making it the most gourmet week of my life!!
