Says Model House was featured in the "Health x Energy Saving Map"!
The latest issue of Shinken Housing arrived at the office today.
The second installment of the series "Kazuya Matsuo's Eco House Design Method" has been published
So if you are a subscriber, please take a look.
At the top of the article is a photo of Imataki and Okino operating the "Building Fuel Consumption Navigator"
This alone got everyone in the office a little excited.
I am grateful to Director Miura.
On a different note, the Says model house in Tokyo that was recently completed and introduced
It was plotted on the "Energy Saving x Health Map."

So far, Matsuo Design Office has only designed the F Residence and the Says Model House.
I plan to increase this number in the future.
Both of these are common in our home, below Passive House.
This is a house that is on a higher level than those built by a housing manufacturer.
These two properties have similar specifications, but when you look at them with solar panels installed:
The F residence is on the upper left and the Says model house is on the lower right.
The reason for this is that the temperature unevenness (heating load) on the Y axis is proportional to the internal volume.
Large buildings with small surface areas are displayed favorably. In this case, the F residence
is displayed on top because it has a larger area.
The primary energy on the X-axis is the solar effect divided by the floor area,
A smaller area is more advantageous. So, the Seis model with a smaller area
is on the right.
This location does not require the use of special building materials and offers a good cost-effectiveness balance.
Those who are looking to save energy or improve insulation should start here.
I recommend you to do so. It will be posted at the top of the map. (For now)
